Mitchell Rubin

Mitchell Rubin is an Associate of Boucher LLP in the firm’s San Francisco office. Mitchell represents survivors of child sexual abuse, seeking to hold the responsible institutions accountable.

Mitchell earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and thereafter served on active duty in the U.S. Army.  He attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was a legal fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy.  Mitchell gained experience with Santa Clara University’s Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center’s Workers’ Rights clinic, and as a law clerk for the County of Santa Cruz.
