Seena R. Paul

Seena Paul is an Associate of Boucher LLP.  Seena’s litigation practice is focused on representing individuals in complex civil litigation, including class actions, coordinated proceedings, and mass tort litigation in both state and federal court.

Seena’s career began at a large personal injury firm at its onset of a mass tort division, where she represented parents and their children in mass tort actions as well as a survivor of sex trafficking against hotel parent companies under 18 U.S.C. Section 1595.

Seena graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. There, she was inducted into the Mensa Society. In 2021, Seena earned her Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School. During law school, Seena clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office’s Sex Crimes Division and Preliminary Hearing Unit, represented clients with the Rising for Justice Clinic in the District of Columbia Superior Court, and won an award for her Note while an Associate Editor for the AIPLA Journal. For her commitment to pro bono service, Seena obtained the President’s Volunteer Service Award with Gold Recognition.

Seena is a member of the State Bar of California, licensed to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
